I have a customized 2003 Eagle Sabre E6 that I just purchased. Just wondering, the bottom of the hull has been beefed up with 3/16" 6061 plate on the delta pad. Would I still be possible to add a QT100 plate on top of this, or would I have to lower my intake appropriately? The hull performs awesome and porpoises very rarely right now and I don't want to ruin this. Do you guys figure a 1/8" QT100 plate would work? Also, have talked to a few people that have added QT100 by drilling and tapping the extra aluminum plate on the pad and keeping the original hull w/o holes. Do you think that this would be adequate assuming I shorten up my screw spacing to every 4 or 5 inches? Thanks
