in the unlimited Weaver 204 was a come from behind winner in both legs today. Burns and Humphrey both had turbine issues in the first leg and Rodgers failed to return on the last lap of leg 2. In fx Thomas was a clean first in both legs and Arthur even though he had the hole shot twice came in last in each leg. Not sure what happened in cx , A/B. They had problems with timing and starts. Great fan turn out, the best I have ever seen. Good racing tomorrow to Watino and back. |

I was really confused here , in the FX class one fellows motor was not totally stock or crate , i thought they had to be factory , as that was the reason for this class , so my question is why did he not get disqualified ,
, so i guess we can take a stock motor and do some work to give it more power and its ok ,
Peace river says its OK ,or are they doing about that ?????? |

What makes you think his motor is not stock, the boat that made the protest was actually a bit faster going to watino, maybe we should've checked him out also. 88 has a very well set up boat with a hell of a driver, Saturday he done a great job and deserves the recognition. As far as peace river thinking its ok, get your facts straight, the boat is locked down in a shop until the proper equipment is brought in to check it out. Kind of chicken shit deal IMO |

They did not give out awards in FX as they are still working out the decision on that one. I am not prevy to the facts on that one all I know at this point is the he said she said so I have no opinion until or if I ever know the facts. _________________ Mark

It is true that a official protest was filed. NO proof or info has been released...the race captain has been working on this matter all day and more info should become available by the end of the week. Please don't jump to conclusions, and like mayo said...the boat has alot of set up time and one hell of a driver. |

Being protested for running faster than everyone else...
I would take that as a huge compliment.
My ego would be through the roof !!!!
Unless i was cheatin.
Just sayin. Lol
U win a race... Expect an engine tear down !!!!!
This a a good thing guys!!!
Gotta keep em honest!!! _________________ The GENE POLICE told me to "Get out of the pool". |

I don't get the whole engine tear down thing. Lets use me as an example..(I'll win a race one day) if I was protested and they removed my heads... Do I get it back in a box if I never broke any rules? If I was caught doing something I realize the suspension etc, but are the gaskets and rebuild on a honest guy as well? |
